Acceptance of Terms

• Using the Platform to contact minors or to facilitate underage access to gambling-related information
• Framing or embedding any part of the Platform on another website without br444's written permission
• Removing, obscuring or altering any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice on any Content
• Using any Content from the Platform to make representations about gambling being legal, licensed or regulated in Pakistan by any government authority

Content & Accuracy

br444 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Content published on the Platform is accurate, up to date and written in clear, professional English. However, the online gambling industry is subject to frequent change — promotions expire, odds fluctuate, payment method availability shifts, and regulatory developments occur. As such:

1. All Content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. br444 shall not be liable for any action taken, or not taken, by any Operator in connection with a user's account, deposit, withdrawal, bonus or verification process.
3. br444 shall not be liable for any damage to your device, software or data resulting from accessing the Platform.
4. In jurisdictions that do not permit the complete exclusion of liability, br444's total liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
4. br444's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
